Returns & Refunds Policy

At ExamBay, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident when purchasing products from our marketplace. Because we offer both physical and digital products, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Eligibility for Returns

• Physical products: Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the applicable return conditions.
• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, they are not eligible for return or refund simply because the buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
• A digital product may be eligible for a refund only in the following circumstances:
  • The downloaded file is damaged, corrupted, or otherwise unusable, and ExamBay is unable to resolve the issue by providing a working file or replacement; or
  • The buyer accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same digital product.
• Digital products that have already been downloaded are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund unless one of the exceptions above applies.

Return & Refund Requests

• Eligible return or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
• To request a return or refund, contact us at info@exambay.com with your order details and an explanation of the issue.
• Each request will be reviewed based on the applicable return conditions.

Processing Time

• Once an eligible return or refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Exchanges & Replacements

• For eligible physical products, an exchange may be available within the 30-day return period.
• For digital products with a damaged or unusable file, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement or resolve the issue. A refund may be issued if we are unable to resolve the problem.

To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, please contact us at info@exambay.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include:

• Your order number
• The product name
• A clear explanation of the issue
• Any relevant evidence, such as screenshots, if applicable
